Mental health problems in the workplace are much more common than people realise with 1 in 5 employees experiencing a mental health problem at any one time. There is still a lot of fear and ignorance surrounding mental ill health at work which simply perpetuates the stigma and leads to people being discriminated against.
This film highlights how a lack of understanding can lead people to make the wrong decisions when a colleague shows signs of having a mental health problem at work.
