The Interview
When being interviewed for a job, the greatest barrier people face is the chance to prove their effectiveness when it is known they have experienced mental health problems. Research indicates that once given the chance, people take less sick leave than average and demonstrate strong loyalty toward their employer.
This film highlights the stigma and discrimination that can occur when interviewing and recruiting someone with a mental health problem.
