Networks
We know that there are lots of people and organisations around the country who doing great work that will help reduce the stigma and discrimination that surrounds mental health.
Sometimes though, it can be difficult for people to find out about projects in their area or to get in touch with other people and groups to share tips, advice and support.
To help people and organisations work together, Shift are setting up a number of networks grouped around various themes. These networks contain links to resources and websites and also spaces where people can post information about their work, ask questions or offer advice. We also plan to arrange special days where members of the networks will be able to come together and meet face-to-face.
All the networks are free and are open to anyone with an interest in reducing the stigma and discrimination that surrounds mental health. It may be that you are already part of a project, or want to find out how to get involved in anti-stigma work, or just curious to find out what work is being done in this area.
